Despite his quick regeneration and reasonable durability, I think Dio’s best move here is to just stop time before approaching the enemy himself.
After that, things are going to get interesting. We should expect a lot of fighting, a lot of noise, and a lot of “Muda Muda!” from Dio.
Dio and his team have won the battle against the other candidates.
10. Kisame Hoshigaki
Kisame is a spiky-haired shinobi that I would definitely count on when it comes to water-based ninjutsu. He has a great deal of experience with water-based techniques, and his skills in this area are second to none. Kisame is also very strong, and can easily take down even the strongest opponents.
The guy looks like a shark.
I still haven’t found a canonical explanation for that, by the way.
