That says a lot about his chances against Ben.
Ben has faced many villains, but he’s never met one as powerful as the one who stands before him.

Meruem was a powerful and influential king among the Chimera Ants for a reason. He was able to lead his colony successfully and provide them with resources they needed to survive. ..
He’s a powerful, fast, intelligent, and durable human.
He was born with a unique set of abilities that would have been impossible for anyone else.
After all, he was only born after the queen ate tons of regular humans (and several humans with Nen). It’s a bit of a grim backstory, but it’s also a bit of a mystery.
Ben might be able to scan Meruem as an alien lifeform with his Omnitrix and beat him with it, but I doubt Meruem would even let him get the chance.
