This anime is a great romantic melodrama that will keep you engaged from the beginning to the end. The characters are well-drawn and the story is compelling.

The film is entirely faithful to the manga and anime, and when paired with Ufotable’s incredible production quality, it quickly overshadows the source material.

The collection features three dark and gritty tales of afterlife redemption and guilt, by Japanese author Ryunosuke Akutagawa. ‘The Spider’s Thread’ tells the story of a man who is sent to the underworld to redeem himself, while ‘Hell Screen’ tells the story of a man who is sent to hell in order to purge his guilt.
Each story in the anime ranges from a single episode to four episodes long, and is animated damn well. This makes for an interesting and engaging experience that will keep you coming back for more.
This recreation of many Japanese classics is fantastic, given the many authors. However, this still stands as a fantastic recreation.

This film is a joy to watch, with its engaging characters and strong writing. It doesn’t shy away from tough topics, and the animation is colorful and energetic.

This anime is one of the most inspiring I’ve ever seen. It tackles a more mature tone to become one of the best complete (and short) sports series out there.
