We’ve done the best parts, the best characters, and the best Stands, but that’s too much good stuff. Let’s flip it around and play devil’s advocate here. ..
Below we’ll take a look at some of the worst or most inconvenient Stands in JoJo. ..
10. Khnum
Khnum is the Stand of Oingo in Stardust Crusaders, and has terrible statistics - an “A” in persistence, and “E” in everything else. ..
He can change his appearance, height, weight, scent, and voice, but not clothing or personality.
Despite being featured in some of the funniest episodes of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, its full potential is never fulfilled because Oingo is an idiot and thought it would be a good idea to use Khnum against a group of people, as opposed to a single person.
In order to be effective, Khnum’s replication process relies heavily on knowing the person he intends to replicate. This is not easy to do in Stardust Crusaders, as many of the characters are very different from one another.
9. Love Deluxe
Love Deluxe is the stand of Yukako Yamagishi in Diamond is Unbreakable. It is bound entirely to her hair, and cannot be moved or disturbed.
Yukako is a unique and powerful spirit who can manipulate, grow, shoot, or deflect with her hair. She has a huge number of flaws that make her an offensive and defensive stand.
The Stand user’s ability can be seen by non-Stand users, and when it is afflicted by damage, the Stand’s color changes to white.
That said, Stand users can usually avoid it. ..
8. Tenore Sax
Kenny G. and the Stardust Crusaders are the stand of Tenore Sax in Stardust Crusaders.
I bet you forgot that there was such a thing as a memory, because I definitely did.
Kenny G. is a short character in the manga and anime, and is quickly dispatched. We don’t know much about him, but his potential was clearly not worth the time spent on him.
Kenny G. uses illusions to keep himself safe on his DIO mansion. By distorting the internals of a building, he can create a labyrinth that is difficult for anyone to navigate.
The animal kingdom has many creatures that use their sense of smell to hunt and scavenge. Unfortunately, the nose-less creature known as the phantasmagoria has few advantages when it comes to this essential skill. It is able to defend itself with its scents, but is ineffective against creatures with stronger noses. ..
7. Achtung Baby
Achtung Baby is the Stand of Shizuka Joestar in Diamond is Unbreakable, the little baby found and adopted by Joseph Joestar midway through the part. ..
Achtung Baby is a mysterious new album by the German rock band Radiohead. It was released on October 15, 2009, and has not been released in any form of physical media. We don’t know much about the album, but we do know that it’s something special.
There’s a chance it evolves into something even better later on, as she has an “A” in Developmental Potential and is very young.
The biggest plus of the invisibility cloak is that it makes it so she can’t be seen.
While it’s possible that Achtung Baby has something to do with her emotional state, that could be because she’s a baby. Honestly, Achtung Baby has a lot of potential just not at this state.
6. Bastet
Mariah is the Stand of Bastet in Stardust Crusaders.
The power outlet looks like a moving object, but it only has one ability that is not very effective and is dispatched quickly. ..
The article discusses how a clown’s appearance is hilarious.
When you touch Bastet, she becomes a powerful force that gradually increases in strength.
This means that if you want to get something done, it’s best to start with a plan and work your way back. If you can’t get started, it’s best to give up and move on.
But unfortunately, Bastet can be used against Mariah. And that’s how they end up finishing her off. ..
5. Hermit Purple
Hermit Purple is the Stand of Joseph Joestar, but it has also been seen used by DIO (with Jonathan Joestar’s body). ..
The Stand is a weak weapon compared to the other two Joestars’ weapons. ..
Hermit Purple can help track or follow a target through technology and object exchange.
Joseph can also use his Hermit Purple as a way to transmit his Ripple Hamon like a conductive cord. It has some versatility, but compared to other stands shown even in Stardust Crusaders, it is incredibly underpowered (especially in terms of offensive or defensive abilities).
4. Tower of Gray
The Tower of Gray is a Stand in Stardust Crusaders that is pretty rubbish. I didn’t like it when I first saw it, but I’ve come to appreciate it more over time.
Araki has not yet figured out the complexities of Stand combat shown in later parts, so we are left with a fly that can move extremely fast and possesses an unhinging jaw like Xenomorphs by which to attack. ..
The design is cool, given it’s essentially a more imaginative and larger fly. And it can apparently move faster than even Star Platinum. ..
The exhibit is short-lived, ridiculously underwhelming, and a bad indication of the creativity that Stands possess later down the line.
3. Highway to Hell
Thunder McQueen’s Stand, Highway to Hell, is one of the weakest Stands in Stone Ocean. It has no real offensive capabilities, and is only useful for providing support to other Stands. ..
This is because Highway to Hell requires the user to kill them in order to be effective, making it a suicide attack.
The Thunder damage sharing apparatus effectively amplifies the damage that is dealt to any target, whether it is the primary or secondary target. This makes it an ideal tool for dealing out punishment to those who have caused pain or suffering.
Thunder’s life-ending predisposition makes it a one-hit KO that the user can’t come back from.
That said, it’s still possible to render yourself unconscious and make the other person also unconscious. So if you’re in a group, it could be helpful. ..
2. Cheap Trick
Diamond is Unbreakable is a Stand in Cheap Trick is peculiar in that we don’t know its original user (only a few who obtain it, including Rohan Kishibe).
The Cheap Trick curse latches onto someone and starts to act like a curse. You don’t want to be around them, and you want to get rid of them as quickly as possible.
The talkative creature is very aggressive and aims to psychologically destroy anyone it has attached to. It then aims to catch another person’s attention so they might look at the back of its host. They then kill the host and take over the new person.
It’s a nuisance that has very little positives to it.
1. Holy’s Stand
The first Holy’s Stand was introduced before the mechanics had been refined and pinned down.
The woman’s mental state is deteriorating rapidly, and she is in danger of dying.
The Stardust Crusaders travel to fight DIO in the first place because his resurrection is what awakened her Stand. ..
The woman resembled a Hermit Purple plant with motifs of flora and roses growing out of her back. But somehow, she is even more useless.
This Stand literally kills its user and can’t be touched or be touched by other Stands, making it ineffective in combat.
