The sniper rifle is a difficult weapon to use if you haven’t practiced with it. Pegorino is remarkably good at getting himself killed if you don’t kill the Pavanos quickly.

10. A Dish Served Cold
Some missions are challenging because they require clever puzzles and careful strategy. Others are simply unfair, awarding the player with a predetermined amount of points for every successful goal.
This one is too long.
In the “Revenge” ending, Niko betrays Pegorino and kills Rascalov aboard his ship – the Platypus. In order to complete this mission, you must find and kill the two men before they can reach the ship’s engine room.
The Platypus is a difficult creature to fight through, especially if you’re not an expert marksman. The spaces are small and tight, and it can be hard to move around safely.
The game feels like it’s only fair to include challenging missions late into the game, but they could add more checkpoints so that players don’t have to go back and forth between different areas.
9. Deconstruction for Beginners

Dmitri’s meddling has caused a spectacular failure, as expected.
After Niko and Phil Bell decide to steal the money and run, you’ll have to fight your way out of the buyer’s warehouse, which wouldn’t be so hard if Phil didn’t seem intent on getting himself shot.
It’s manageable if you’re good at shooting. But it’s not easy.
6. The Snow Storm
Elizabeta Torres has given you a mission to travel to the Snow Storm, a location near the beginning of the game. This difficult mission requires you to travel through snow and ice, and face challenges that are not easily overcome.
You must recover the heroin that was stolen from the Angels of Death so that Elizabeta can finally get a return on her initial investment.

You’ll have to kill several of Pegorino’s thugs in some intense shootouts in order to progress.
This mission is difficult because there are no checkpoints and it’s hard to fly helicopters in GTA4.
4. A Revenger’s Tragedy
The final mission in the “Deal” route is a bit like Out of Commission. You must complete a set of challenges to earn the achievement, and then use the rewards to purchase new gear.
You’ll be after Dmitri Rascalov for his role in Roman’s death on the day of his wedding.
You’ll have to use your quick reflexes and agility to outmaneuver Dmitri’s thugs, and also navigate through dangerous obstacles in each chase.
This mission is notoriously difficult when the game first comes out on due to numerous bugs, which have since been fixed.
