In the later seasons, and even more so in the manga, she gets fleshed out quite a bit.
The relationship between Twice and Uraraka was one of the highlights for me. They were both incredibly competitive and had a lot of back and forth. It was a really fun battle to watch.
I think she’s still insane, but now we can see that her insanity is a valuable asset. A+ in my books.

And on the other hand, she goes into “shy high school girl” mode when she’s alone with Tatsumi. ..
