This person’s skin is wasted potential.

The city has many positives, such as its rich history, vibrant culture and lively nightlife.

The splash art is really good. The character model is well-done and feels like a proper mystical being. The color palette is immaculate.

The skins are well designed and the animations are good. I especially like the Q animation as it finally manages to make the ability feel impactful and important. Not many skins can say the same. And the W, while a bit telegraphed, is really good as well. I especially like the symbol it leaves behind, as it makes it feel like more than just a really strong hop.

The bad news is that the economy is weak and there are no plans to fix it.

The animation on this skin is too dull and uninteresting for my taste. Additionally, the skin doesn’t even have a unique animation when you’re with Xayah.

Arcana’s skin line usually has the coolest animations in the game, so their backing is terrible all around. ..

I don’t really like the ult because it just feels like a recolor of the base animation.

The skin is not perfect, but it can’t make up for the mistakes made. Overall, it’s a somewhat okay skin that probably disappointed all Rakan OTPs.
