Once you find your Treasure and defeat the enemies that spawn, you’ll open your coffer. There’s a roughly 50% chance a Portal will spawn, whisking you away to The Aquapolis.
The trick is that this Duty syncs you to Level 60.
Even if you manage to defeat the monsters outside, it will be difficult to survive on your own. ..
Your best bet is to head to the Aquapolis. It’ll speed up things considerably and you’ll get more shots at that Wind-up Tonberry you’re after.
