The Collectible to Potkin is a scratch-off that you can play any time you have one Kupo Voucher. The Kupo Vouchers are rewarded every time you turn in a Collectible to Potkin.
To get stamps for your Voucher, you’ll need to do five turn-ins. Each reward you receive with a stamp towards your voucher will make it easier to use. Only certain Crafts are eligible for stamps, so be sure to check the list to see which ones!
To reliably make the Collectibles required for the turn-ins, you’ll need to be at least level 80.
To access The Firmament, you’ll first need to find Foundation and look for the Recruitment Notice (Foundation, X:10 Y:11). You’ll be directed to speak with Augebert right away.

The Collectibles required for the Ishgardian Restoration are a little more unique than what you’re used to.
The special recipes for the Dwarves are under the Special Recipes tab in your Crafting Log. ..
The Restoration (4) subcategory includes crafts that are no longer eligible for turn-ins.
To earn a Stamp and Skybuilders’ Scrips, you will need to make two specific recipes. The first recipe is a Level 80 Expert Craft recipe, and the second is a Level 80 Stamp recipe. Both of these recipes are required to earn the stamps.
The Expert Crafts recipe is high in difficulty and has its own unique Conditions. For that reason, it’s recommended you focus on the regular Level 80 recipe. It makes getting Stamps easier, and you’ll need a lot of them to get your Weatherproof Gaelicat.
The materials for the skybuilder crafts are unique in that they can only be gathered from the Diadem zone. The Diadem being only accessible from the Firmament, and designed for Gatherers.
The example above shows that you need a minimum of 500 Collectability for each item in order to earn rewards. To maximize Collectability, choose the Level 80 Crafts. By using the trained eye action, you can quickly increase your Collectability.
This is because Level Cap has now been increased to 90, and Action increases Quality by 100%. This makes it a very handy trick to get a lot of stamps quickly.
If you haven’t leveled your crafters, the good news is that even the lower level Crafts give a lot of experience. So even if you’re not earning Stamps or Scrips, you’ll be well on your way.
You can still earn rewards by collecting Collectability items. Collectability items are things that are rare or valuable, and can be found in limited quantities.
