- In the city of Eternia, on the top floor of the building that used to be called the Tower of Peace.
- In the forest outside of town, near the waterfall.
Route 45 is a mountain that rises from the city of Silver. It is a popular tourist destination for those who love to hike and climb, as it offers many different trails that can be accessed from different points on the mountain.
Location 1: Route 45
Route 45 can be found south of Blackthorn City. ..
The route begins at the Pokémon Mart, and leads you to the bottom-left of Route 45.
Interestingly, you can only enter this route from the north. This is because of all the downward-facing ledges, which means you can’t really go back up easily.
You have to fly back to Blackthorn City in order to enter it again.
You can’t use the river to Surf back up.
Fortunately, you can find a Lv. 20 Teddiursa in all of the grassy patches on Route 45.
There is a 10% chance of encountering any animal, regardless of the time of day. ..
The chance of encountering Geodude and Graveler is higher at 85%. ..
I saw one Skarmory before seeing a single Teddiursa. ..
Location 2: Mt. Silver
After unlocking Kanto and getting all 16 badges from both regions, you can also find Teddiursa hanging around in Mt. Silver.
If you’ve already visited it, you can Fly to it from Johto anytime you choose.
The only way to get to the other side is by going by land.
You can reach Mt. Silver by flying to it, but there is a way to do it without flying.
Step 1: Victory Road
The first step is to head to Victory Road. ..
Mt. Silver is technically still part of the Johto region, but the only way to enter via land is through Route 28, which is right beside Victory Road in Kanto. ..
When arriving in town, take the path to the left and you will find Route 28.
Step 2: Route 28
After you enter Route 28, continue on the path going westward. ..
You’ll eventually reach the top of Mt. Silver, where you’ll find a Pokémon Center and an eager photographer.
-Hiking map: The hiking map is a great way to plan your route and see where you are going. It shows the trails and climbs as well as the rest of the mountain. -GPS: If you need to get lost, using a GPS can help you find your way back.
HM03: Surf HM07: Waterfall HM08: Rock Climb ..
Since you can find Teddiursa on the first floor, catching her is technically not necessary with HM moves.
Pokémon Centers are a great place to get your Pokémon fix, but make sure you’re in the party when you go inside. If you don’t have a Pokémon with the right moves, you’ll be at a disadvantage when trying to reach the top of the mountain.
Step 3: Getting Into Mt. Silver
If you’re looking for a Teddiursa in Mt. Silver, you have a 10% chance of finding it. ..
In some cases, encounters with the dark side of the Force can be incredibly powerful. However, in other cases, they may be less powerful or even nonexistent.
If you’re looking for a Teddiursa in the wild, you can try walking around the body of water near it. ..
If you want to get a higher-level Teddiursa, you’ll need to be able to access the other locations inside Mt. Silver.
If you’re looking for Teddiursa’s evolved form, Ursaring, be sure to check out all four locations inside Mt. Silver. ..
Ursaring is a rare event that has a 20%-30% chance of appearing depending on the location.
If you’re interested in a Lv. 48 Teddiursa, you need to use the HM moves to climb the rocky wall.
This will allow you to leave the cave and get to the mountainside area with tall grass.
