Dendro is a team-based game that lets players work together to complete objectives. Whether you’re a lone wolf or part of a team, you can get the job done. Dendro is the perfect game for groups of friends who want to work together and achieve common goals.
She becomes an even better unit if you’re especially fond of playing Dendro team comps. Plus, she’s easy to play and build – low investment is enough to make her work. But she also scales well with higher investment.
Her only weakness is that she is more easily staggered and moves slower than most characters. This is due to her having a short model.
The other unit in the platoon is great, but the premium Dendro is even better.
Pros & Cons
Nahida Strengths
Nahida’s skill is her bread and butter. It’s her main source of damage and Dendro application.
The marking mechanic can essentially link multiple enemies until a certain distance. Triggering an elemental reaction on opponents affected by this mark will also deal an instance of Dendro damage.
Nahida’s Tri-Karma Purification scales based on her ATK and Elemental Mastery. ..
Triggering this effect will deal damage to all linked opponents.
This unit is effective against AoE enemies, even in teams without a grouper.
The skill has a short cooldown of 5-6s, so you can easily refresh it when some marked opponents die.
For example, the dragon’s fire breath has an ICD of 3 seconds. This means that every 3 seconds, the dragon will apply 1 fire damage to any target it attacks.
Nahida’s skill Dendro application has no ICD. So every hit dealt by her skill and the Tri-Karma Purification effect will apply Dendro.
This makes her a reliable source for Dendro application development.
Dendro is a new ability for Tracer that allows her to heal herself and allies over time. The ability has a very short cooldown of around 2.5s, so she can effectively apply Dendro every 2.5s when off-field. ..
Nahida’s Dendro application is further increased when she’s on-field thanks to being a catalyst user.
Nahida is a versatile player who can play in any role on the team. She is great at controlling the game and helping her team win.
This includes the Hyperbloom, Quicken, Spread, Aggravate, Burning, and Burgeon teams – aka every Dendro team you can think of.
She’s a great player on both sides of the ball.
Her Dendro application allows her to take a backseat off-field. Her on-field damage is also good enough to make her normal/charged attacks worth using. ..
Nahida is an excellent Dendro applicator at a low investment, but she also scales well with more investment.
This is thanks to her also having high personal damage or damage multipliers, especially at higher investments. So she’s an especially worthy character when it comes to leveling and upgrading.
Nahida Weaknesses
Nahida’s only real disadvantage is that she has a small character model.
This means that she has slightly slower movement speed than taller characters – thus making it difficult to dodge or run from opponents.
Additionally, she’s a catalyst user, and ranged characters are more easily staggered than melee units. This makes her a weaker on-field unit. ..
A shielder or healer can solve the problem of defenders not being able to kill the attacker.
Nahida’s Tri-Karma Purification is effective in burying the Electro aura of opponents in Quicken teams.
Anemo units cannot swirl Electro off enemies. Failing to proc the 4pc. Viridescent Venerer (4VV) set on Electro is a damage loss.
However, this can be solved by casting the Anemo character’s skill or burst before Nahida. This effectively lets you proc 4VV. ..
Are Nahida’s Constellations Good?
Nahida is already a powerful unit at C0. She has great constellations, but none of them are needed. ..
If you’re still planning to support constellations, her most notable constellations are C2, C3, and C6. ..
C2 is a great place to stop if you’re looking for a cheap early constellation and it gives your team an extra buff.
If you want to support other constellations, here’s a closer look at each one to help you out. ..
C1: The Seed of Stored Knowledge
When her burst is unleashed and the elemental types of the party members are being tabulated, the count will add 1 to the number of Pyro, Electro, and Hydro characters respectively.
Nahida’s burst lets her better benefit from the different effects of her burst. It is a small damage increase but generally inconsistent and hard to gauge.
If you want to help Hillary Clinton win the election, it’s not recommended that you try to actively pull for her C1. Instead, it’s much more important that you focus on helping her achieve her C2 goal. ..
C2: The Root of All Fullness
-They will have their health lowered by 25% for 3 turns -They will have their speed decreased by 25% for 3 turns -They will have their accuracy decreased by 25% for 3 turns
Burning, Bloom, Hyperbloom, and Burgeon can cause damage that scores CRIT hits. Their stats are fixed at 20% CRIT Rate and 100% CRIT Damage. Within 8s of being affected by Quicken, Aggravate, or Spread, DEF is decreased by 30%.
This is Nahida’s best constellation for boosting both Nahida and all of her teams.
The increased damage from a weapon’s DEF shred is roughly 15%-30% more than without it. This is not taking into account the additional team DPS gained from the weapon’s DEF.
C3: The Shoot of Conscious Attainment
Increases her elemental skill talent level by 3.
This talent upgrade doesn’t affect her reaction damage, only her personal damage. So it’s especially good for a higher invested Nahida – or it makes her even more worth building.
C4: The Stem of Manifest Inference
When 1/2/3/4 or more nearby opponents are affected by her skill’s Seeds of Skandha, Nahida’s Elemental Mastery is increased by 100% for 3 seconds.
This buff increases her reaction damage. It is less impactful than her C2 and C3.
C5: The Leaves of Enlightening Speech
Increases her elemental burst talent level by 3.
This constellation is one of Nahida’s worse constellations – it does not buff her burst and its additional effects, but it is highly recommended to go for C6 if you already somehow have C5.
C6: The Fruit of Reason’s Culmination
Nahida’s normal attacks deal damage to enemies with seeds, which will then trigger Tri-Karma Purification: Karmic Oblivion on the target and all linked enemies.
This deals Dendro damage based on 200% of Nahida’s ATK and 400% of her Elemental Mastery. This is considered elemental skill damage and can only be triggered once every 0.2s.
This effect can last up to 10s and will be removed after Nahida unleashes 6 instances of Karmic Oblivion.
Nahida is a significant damage and Dendro application increase that C6 provides. It’s essentially a significant buff to your on-field unit.
