How To Get Zoom Driver?
Zum provides a website that is easy to navigate and find all the information one may need regarding using their services. Additionally, Zum has a smartphone app that easily connects riders with their driver and provides additional services such as maps, the location of vehicles, and a way to connect with other riders.
You can download the Uber app from the Google Play Store or Apple app store. After installing the app, it will ask permission to use your location and access your camera. Since a picture is taken of you and your driver, it is required for the app to have access to either one for the pictures to be displayed on your screen.
How To Use The Zum Driver App?
The application has three tabs found on the bottom of the screen. The first tab has a picture of a car followed by a contact button and an electric vehicle icon, both located on the right side. The next tab has a contact button that links you with Zum customer service and an icon with several colored circles overlapping one another, which is located on the left side of this page. The final tab shows the location of your nearest Zum vehicle and gives you information on how to use the application.

You can sign up as Zum’s driver and complete the necessary documents. You will need to upload documents such as a background check, driver’s license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration and then pass all their inspections. If everything is approved, you will be issued a Zum ID linked to your bank account so you can start driving immediately.
