Just as I doubt you would let your 5-year-old nephew watch Elfen Lied, I doubt you would watch Kill la Kill with your grandmother.
There are plenty of great shows out there that can be enjoyed by the whole family. Some great examples include “The Simpsons,” “Family Guy,” and “South Park.” You could also introduce your kids to some anime shows starting at a young age, such as “Dragon Ball Z,” “Naruto,” and “One Piece.” ..
This ranking is all about finding the best anime for just about anyone, of any age, and great for the whole family.
20. Spirited Away
If you’re a fan of Studio Ghibli movies, you’ll love any of their films. However, if you’re looking for a specific movie, Grave of the Fireflies is a good bet because it’s one of their lesser-known titles. ..
I chose Spirited Away in particular because its universe is constantly surprising and awe-inspiring. ..
Now, as an adult, I realize that living among these characters is not only possible, but it’s actually really fun. I love the way they interact with each other and the way they make me laugh.
I was recently introduced to the movie “The Revenant” and its themes of revenge, loss, and redemption. These themes can be seen in real life events such as the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, the Flint water crisis, and more. By looking at these events from a different perspective, I was able to see how they could be used to explore different topics in my own life.
This movie is a masterpiece by the creators of Ghibli. I highly recommend watching it with your family.
19. Haikyu!!
Sports anime is a genre that is sure to please viewers of all ages. With its excitement and suspense, sports anime will keep them entertained for hours on end.
This is a review of the game Haikyu, which is also a tad more tame and realistic when it comes to how the story’s presented (and how the games play out). Even the older folks are guaranteed to appreciate the craftsmanship that went into it.
The company is trying to create a more humane workplace by providing employees with paid leave. ..
You’re not just watching the game with your old man. You’re also following the game with a new perspective.
The amusement park has rides for all ages, including a roller coaster for thrill seekers and a family-friendly ride for the little ones. There’s also an arcade, a petting zoo, and a variety of food options to satisfy everyone’s appetite. ..

Although your grandparents might still raise their eyebrows if you’re watching this in your 30s, it’s a blast to watch with your younger sibling or nephew.
The film is a hit with audiences of all ages, thanks to its catchy tunes and likable characters. The formula is the patented one, and it’s sure to keep you entertained for hours on end.
In high school, anime is generally pretty tame. Which is rare for some reason.
The show is geared towards a younger audience, which makes it a safe pick for kids. ..
16. My Hero Academia
MHA is in a difficult position. It still has some powerful scenes, like the passing of a certain character, but I think it still can be enjoyed by a wider audience. ..
Superhero cartoons often feature serious scenes that are not too explicit or consistent. ..
Despite its dark and gritty setting, My Hero Academia is largely a clean series. There are occasional instances of violence and gore, but they are relatively rare. This makes the series an appealing choice for children and young adults who are looking for a safe and family-friendly anime. ..
The movie is a good way to spend an evening with your friends. It has some important morals that can be applied to life. The battle injuries are occasional, and I can give it a pass. ..
Mineta is a terrible role model for children. ..
15. Little Witch Academia
Sailor Moon is a popular anime that has been around for over 20 years. Little Witch Academia, or LWA for short, is a new anime that is set in the same world as Sailor Moon. It follows the story of a group of witches who fight against an evil organization called The Academy.
The new Harry Potter-inspired series, “Witches of Hogwarts-lite,” is set at a boarding school for young witches. The show follows the adventures of a group of girls as they try to learn and master their magic. ..

The game is a mix of genres, with a story that follows a young girl as she tries to find her place in the world. The visuals are engaging and the soundtrack is soothing, making it an enjoyable experience. Good morals and engaging gameplay make this game an enjoyable choice for anyone looking for something new.
14. Barakamon
This series has two central characters, an adult and a child. So you can already see why I would recommend it to a wide-spread audience. The adult is the protagonist, and the child is the antagonist. The protagonist is a grown man who has to face challenges and learn new things in order to become a better person. The antagonist is a young boy who wants to do everything his way and does not take kindly to anyone or anything.
While younger people might cheer on Naru and the other children as they goof around on the island, older viewers might truly understand Sai and his struggle to let go of norms and become truly compassionate and creative.
It’s one of my favorite shows of all time and I highly recommend watching it, either alone or in some company.
13. Sweetness and Lightning
This new show, Barakamon, has a child and an adult in the main cast as well as a teenage girl.
The father is a widower who works all day to support his daughter. A lack of time means that she often has to eat store-bought meals and little family time over dinner.
The diverse trio of young adults started eating together and truly enjoying their time at the dinner table when the young girl came into the picture. ..
The flavor is very sweet and wholesome, so I would definitely recommend it to all ages. ..
12. Tamako Market
Tamako Market is a slice of life anime about a young girl in her first year of high school. ..
She works at her family’s restaurant and balances her school life, her friendships, and her work. ..

My parents are always different.
It’s always fun for the whole family when we go to the park.
11. How to Keep a Mummy
I highly recommend this show to anyone who loves adorable things. ..
Sora comes into possession of a tiny, cutest mummy creature. ..
The mummy is a living, breathing reminder of the dangers of neglect. He constantly runs away from scary situations, or cries if he’s being neglected. ..
This show is so wholesome and adorable that it’s hard to believe that there are any demographics on Earth that would not appreciate seeing a little ball of bandages waddling around.
10. Your Name
Your Name is an amazing movie that deals with the struggles of teenage love. It is also full of space and time travel, which makes it a unique experience.
That sure does sound like a winning combination, doesn’t it? ..
This anime is a classic that has been around for a long time and is still popular today. It is a great anime that is full of action and adventure.
The characters are all very likeable, the animation is gorgeous, and the writing has something for everyone. ..
While the adults can contemplate the red string of fate that brought everything into motion, the younger audience can laugh at the hilarious character dynamics.
The scenery will be breathtaking, and everyone will be left in awe. ..
9. Dr. Stone
The show is a great way to learn about science and technology. It is also entertaining and informative.
The show is all about how everyday objects are made. For example, the show has a character named Mr. Glass who makes objects out of glass.
Even something as mundane as a disk suddenly becomes an adventure. And I would be lying if I said that I didn’t learn anything from the show. ..
The characters in this book are very cartoonish and funny. Even if you think science will just bore you to death, you’ll quickly fall in love with the cast and their antics.
8. One Punch Man
The first season of One Punch Man is a great anime that everyone should enjoy.
This show is much more light-hearted and carefree than My Hero Academia, with no real stakes or danger. Characters often die without any real consequences, and the show is overall much more fun to watch.
The show is just having fun with superhero tropes, and the main character one-shots any enemy in his path. However, he then panics because he missed the big supermarket sale. ..
The animation and soundtrack are both superb, and the writing is brilliant. ..
7. The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.
Since we’re already in the realm of comedy, I might as well bring Saiki into the mix. ..
This show is very reminiscent of Saturday morning cartoons, as there is little serialization and the mood is always upbeat and positive. ..
The show has a lot of good humor, and it can be funny for all ages. It’s a mix of slapstick and thought-out jokes, so it covers a wide range of ages.
The episodes are very dense and there’s very little open air, making it perfect for both binge-watching episodes or watching on occasion with your younger siblings. ..
6. Laid-Back Camp
We’re back to the territory of cute girls doing cute things. ..
Laid-Back Camp is a new show about four girls who go camping for the first time. It’s a very relaxed and comfortable show, perfect for anyone looking for a good laugh. ..
The show is great for how the girls interact with one another and the serene landscapes.

4. A Place Further Than The Universe
If you’re looking for a show that tells of grand adventures with extremely likable characters and beautiful sceneries, A Place Further Than The Universe is worth a watch.
The girls set out on a journey to Antarctica in search of their mother, who they believe may have gone missing during the winter. Along the way, they meet new friends and make new ones, all while trying to figure out what happened to their mother.
The show has great writing. By episode three, you’ll feel like you’re on this adventure with the characters. ..
In the first few episodes of the series, it is easy to follow the story. However, as the series progresses, it becomes more complex and difficult to follow. I think that any audience would be able to understand and enjoy the story.
3. Those Snow White Notes
Anime fans have likely seen many of the shows on this list before. ..
I wanted to include a recent series called “Those Snow White Notes.”
After drifting around for a while, a young man rediscovers his love for music and is then sent to school. ..
The instrument in question is the Shamisen, which is a really nice change of pace from the acoustic guitar or ukulele – especially if you really like Asian culture.
The show seems like it could be a very calming experience, with important morals scattered throughout.
2. Ascendance of a Bookworm
This show is a unique and exciting take on the isekai genre, with an interesting story line and great characters. If you’re looking for something new to watch, I highly recommend giving it a try.
And Ascendance is an amazing product.
The main character is transported to a new world where she can spread her love for books. She quickly learns that this world is different than the one she left behind. In this new world, she is able to find friends and learn about the different types of books.
She’s excited to move into her new home in the medieval era, where books are a valuable commodity. She’ll have to try her best to keep her old passion alive if she wants it to shine brightly again.
It’s a very wholesome book, and might just encourage you to pick up a book too. It’s a win-win situation.
1. Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions
Creativity is essential for both children and adults. Too often, we’re limited by what we see and hear. We need to be more imaginative and creative in our lives.
This show is all about exploring the relationships between people.
The cast of “The Adventure Zone” is made up of people who are unwilling to face the harsh realities of life, preferring to take their adventures out of reality and into the fantastical worlds of their favorite books. ..
The characters are very goofy and likable, so I have no doubt that a younger audience will enjoy seeing their antics while the adults will get a nostalgia kick so strong that they’ll feel like a kid again. ..
Anime that is both kid-friendly and fun for the whole family is one that fans of all ages can enjoy. ..
