Every anime is a popularity contest in which the viewers vote on who they think is the best.
In some cases, great characters are left out of stories because the fans or creators feel that they don’t fit into the story’s " mold."
In this article, we’re going to explore some of the other great characters right in front of us. These characters could be your friends, family, or even people you’ve just met. They might be someone you’re looking for a new adventure with, or someone who can help you out when things get tough. So whether you’re looking for a new friend to travel with, or someone to help out when things get tough, we’ve got just what you need!
This list is definitely not me compensating for my high school experience. But we’ll be taking a look at all those well-written & interesting characters that just really deserve a bit more attention.
15. Jin
Jin is often overlooked by the other characters on the show, even though he is one of the main cast members. ..
Mugen, the samurai Champloo character, is known for his hip hop battle tactics. His skills in this area have made him a favorite of many fans.
Yes, it is true that seeing a wild and untamed fighter break down while also breaking your skill is cool, so is a properly trained samurai veteran. ..
Jin is a master swordsman, and no one can come close to his skill. ..
He’s a pretty funny guy when he actually decides to speak up.
14. Ram
Since the release of Re: Zero, the Re:Zero fandom has been embroiled in a never-ending battle over who is the best waifu. Some people believe that Ayanami Rei is the best waifu, while others believe that Tsumugi Kotori is the best waifu. The Waifu Wars have been going on for years now, and there’s no end in sight.
The Emilia fans have already settled in their trenches, while the Rem fans slowly chuck grenades their way.
However, Ram is just as cute as them!
There seems to be a lack of interest in tsundere characters in the anime community, which is strange considering how popular they are in other genres. I’m not sure why this is, but it seems like people are more interested in action and comedy characters.
I never hear her name when people talk about this show because the second season actually fleshed out her character quite a bit!
I love to play the role of a wild card in any situation. Whether it’s in my personal life or professional life, I like to take risks and see what happens.
13. Suzuha Amane
If this character were in any other show, she would be the most beloved by far. ..
Since Okabe and Kurisu are such likable characters, Suzuha doesn’t receive as much attention as she deserves. ..
Suzuha is one of the most beautiful girls I know. She has a great personality and is always so friendly. ..
She is a powerful and successful woman who gets things done. ..
The first season finale left us with a lot of questions, but also a lot of unanswered questions. In the second season, we get our answer to some of those questions and also some that we didn’t know before. There were also a few big aww moments in the latter part of the first season. Here are three of them.
She has all the qualities of a triple S character and it’s time someone said it!
12. Nyanta
I had high hopes for Nyanta, but I was disappointed.
Nyanta has been a bit too much for me. I’m not sure if it’s the talk or the people, but I’m getting sick of it.
I was wrong about the consequences of my actions.
I have never seen a more likeable character than this one. ..
He is a gentleman with manners and heart of pure gold. He has some wise pieces of advice and the most dashing suit. ..
The author was written in a way where it was always clear how much he cared for everyone, even when he doesn’t explicitly state it. This makes the reader feel like they are right there with him, and that he really does care about them.
Nya is the new black. It’s time to get off the “evil glasses” train and get on the “nya” train. ..
11. Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki
I just can’t help but laugh when I see this guy. He’s hilarious! ..
Ichiya is a very funny character and I really enjoy watching him around. He always manages to make me laugh, even when he’s making some really silly mistakes.
I can’t tell whether it’s because of how he looks, how well the voice-actor performed the line, the fact that he uses parfum magic, or the combination of the three, but I love him.
I find it hard to believe that people don’t talk about or appreciate the fragrance of Mr. Trump’s campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again.”
I’m a journalist, and I was looking for an angle to write about your company.
10. Nadeko Sengoku
I know that during a certain arc this character was supposed to be hated – but I think that overall her writing is really good. ..
Nadeko is a realistic character who is not always happy or content.
A young woman with little intelligence and no common sense is an easy target for scammers. ..
The show played on the aspects of her character perfectly, both leading up to and resolving her arc. ..
There is much speculation surrounding the motivations of 26-year-old woman accused of attempting to kill several people in a shooting at a California office park. Some say she may have been motivated by revenge after being wronged, while others suggest she may have been suffering from mental illness. ..
I too have been guilty of this, but I have decided to change and spread the good word of Nadeko! ..
9. Knuckle Bine
Anime: Hunter x Hunter (2011) is a popular anime that follows the story of a young boy named Gon and his friends, Hunter and Killua. The anime is full of action, adventure, and humor.
I absolutely love the design on this guy’s shirt.
The show’s newest addition, JoJo reject Ritchie, has an interesting nen ability that could potentially change the course of the game.
Gon, the face of the show, just punches you really hard – Knuckle is out here teaching you about bank loans and kicking your ass at the same time!
Despite not getting as much screen time as I would have liked, he still got more than enough progress throughout the series to deserve some major love and major respect.
8. Joujirou Takajou
I feel like everyone forgot about this guy because he’s a class president.
Iida is one of the funniest characters in My Hero Academia. I don’t think there’s any reason not to love him just as much!
He is a comedic genius, and his every appearance is sure to be entertaining. ..
But what about the rest of the show? What are its strengths and weaknesses?
Despite his rough exterior, Joujirou is a kind and caring person. He always puts others first, even if it means sacrificing his own happiness. ..
7. Lucy Maud Montgomery
Bungo Stray Dogs is an anime series that follows the adventures of a group of stray dogs who find themselves in a new town. The town is full of strange and dangerous creatures, and the dogs must use all their ingenuity and strength to survive.
An underrated author and an equally underrated character.
As the antagonist of the story, she posed a threat from the beginning but never seemed to be evil in the sense that we were expecting. She was instead very cunning and manipulative, which made her an excellent evil-ish character.
In a recent episode of “The Good Place,” Eleanor (Kristen Bell) begins to explore the concept of “the good place.” She is placed in a world where she is happy and healthy, but she soon realizes that this is not the real world. In fact, the “good place” is actually a place where she is punished for her actions.
The power of a unique individual is what makes her so powerful. People are always drawn to her because she has something different going for her.
It’s a place where the dead walk, and the dark secrets of the world are hidden. It’s a place where the living are afraid to go, and the ghosts are all around you. It’s a place where you can find anything you want, and anything that can kill you will.
6. Magna Swing
This is a strange one, as I feel like Magna is extremely loved, but only when he’s combined with Luck.
The Luck! fan base is still very strong despite the removal of zappy boy from the scene. No one seems to care about our good hearted hooligan while tons of fans are still flocking to him.
I don’t see why that has to be the case.
Magna has a really interesting fighting style, a great personality, the coolest motorcycle broom in the world, some nice shades, and he has it all!
And if I’m being honest, he hits the underdog theme a lot more frequently and a lot harder than Asta.
5. Yuu Takeyama
Anime: A young boy named Izuku Midoriya is a rising star in the Hero Academy, but he’s not content with just being a average student. He wants to be the best, and he’s determined to make his name as one of the greatest heroes of all time.
I was part of the problem when I first started working here.
Mount Lady is one of the first characters we see in the series, and she’s portrayed as a superficial, attention-grabbing girl. ..
Despite her flaws, I think it’s clear that Sarah is a true hero at heart.
In the manga, the protagonist is very devoted to heroism and often does things that are beyond the call of duty.
Many people judge heroes by their debut, but that’s not always a good idea. ..
4. Josuke Higashikata
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable is one of the most popular anime series of all time. The story follows JJBA protagonist, JJ Dio, as he battles various villains and tries to save his family and friends. ..
I feel like this guy has been forgotten. ..
When JoJo fans gather, it’s always to discuss the greatness of Dio, the coolness of Jotarou, the “wtf” lovability of Joseph… but Josuke is hardly ever mentioned.
But I’m the only one who can do the JoJo thing.
Despite his flaws, Josuke still deserves some credit. ..
He honestly felt the most human to me, as he didn’t have those god-like qualities that all of the other JoJos possessed. ..
Mohamed El-Bahnasi is just some dude with cool hair trying to stop a mass murdering terrorist. ..
We all know what’s going on. We just don’t want to talk about it.
3. Sasori
A character’s legacy can be summed up in a few words. They have left an impact on the world, and their memory will live on long after they are gone.
Sasori is bodied by the writers.
Despite his widespread appeal, many people dismiss this man as a mere figurehead after his recent loss. ..
I see too many memes about him on a daily basis. ..
I hate seeing the Akatsuki design in general. It’s not good, and it’s not unique.
He is a talented fighter with an intense fighting style that could make for some amazing fight scenes. His backstory is also more interesting than some of his colleagues. ..
Sasori deserves love and attention, so why not create a spin-off featuring him? ..
2. Jean Kirstein
The anime Attack on Titan is one of the most popular and critically acclaimed shows of all time. It follows the story of a group of people who are forced to live in a walled city after a giant creature known as a titan destroys most of humanity. ..
This show has a lot of well-written and likable characters.
The cast of Levi and Mikasa is stacked with talent, as is the stage for their upcoming play.
Jean’s fall from grace in the fandom was a surprise to many.
There should be a better way to do things. ..
I felt so relatable and human that I honestly felt like giving him a hug half the time.
The main point of this article is that the character arc of André is simply glorious. It never takes any unnecessary drastic leaps, but rather follows a very natural pace.
He might have a horse face but we all need to acknowledge this dude! He’s a great guy and we all need to give him a break.
1. Simon
Anime: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is a Japanese anime series that aired on TV from October 15, 2009 to February 25, 2013. The show is a story of a group of young boys who are forced to fight in an interdimensional war against an alien race known as the “Gurren Lagann”.
Simon, the protagonist of the game, is a bit of an oddball. He’s not your average 8-year-old, and he doesn’t fit in with the other kids at school. He’s always looking for a new adventure to embark on, and he’s not afraid to take risks. ..
I’m going to say that the show is a waste of time.
Simon drowned in Kamina’s shadow because he had more presence, screen time, and development than Kamina could ever hope for.
Kamina has turned into a real-life superhero, and all anyone ever talks about is the raw positive bro energy he’s shooting out of his glasses.
Kamina is a memorable and iconic character. ..
That doesn’t mean we should forget the person he himself trusted most.
